Walk on the Side of Righteousness Daily Reflection and Prayer Monday July 14th 2025
Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

This verse reminds us that courage is not just a feeling but a command from God. It reassures us that no matter the challenges we face, we are not alone. God’s presence is a constant source of strength and encouragement, empowering us to face fears and uncertainties with confidence.
Today, identify an area in your life where fear or discouragement is holding you back. Take a step forward in faith, trusting that God is with you. This might mean starting a new project, having a difficult conversation, or making a significant decision. Speak Joshua 1:9 over your situation as a declaration of God’s promise and your commitment to be courageous.
Prayer
Lord God, thank You for Your command to be strong and courageous. Help me to face my fears and challenges without fear or discouragement, knowing that You are always with me. Fill me with Your strength and peace today, so I can walk boldly in the path You have set before me. Guide my steps and remind me that Your presence is my greatest source of courage. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
