Walk on the Side of Righteousness. Daily Reflection and Prayer for Tuesday July 8th 2025.
Mathew: 22:39 “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

In Matthew 22:39, Jesus teaches us to “love your neighbor as yourself.” This command invites us to examine how we treat those around us. Loving our neighbor means showing kindness, compassion, and respect, just as we desire for ourselves. It challenges us to move beyond self-centeredness and to actively seek the well-being of others, recognizing their inherent worth and dignity.
Today, identify one person in your life who may need encouragement or support. Reach out with a kind word, a helping hand, or simply your presence. Let your actions reflect the love you wish to receive.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to love my neighbor as myself. Teach me to see others through Your eyes and to respond with compassion and grace. Give me the courage to act in love, even when it is difficult. May my heart be open to serving those around me, reflecting Your love in all I do. Amen.
