Friday October 17th – Gods Love
1 John 4:16 “And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.”
This verse reminds us of the profound truth that God’s very nature is love. When we embrace and rely on His love, it transforms our lives and our relationships. Living in love means allowing God’s presence to dwell within us, guiding our actions and shaping our hearts. It calls us to reflect that divine love to others, showing kindness, patience, and compassion. Trusting in God’s love gives us confidence and peace, even in difficult times, knowing that we are deeply valued and never alone.
Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,thank You for Your unfailing love that surrounds me and sustains me every day. Help me to fully rely on Your love, to live in it, and to let it shape who I am. Teach me to love others as You love me, with patience, kindness, and grace. May Your presence dwell richly within me, guiding my thoughts, words, and actions. Strengthen my faith so I can trust in Your love no matter the circumstances. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
