Tuesday September 2nd 2025 – A Prayer for Those Suffering with Illness
Matthew 15:30-31 Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them. The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You acknowledging Your power and mercy. Just as Jesus healed the lame, the blind, the mute, and the crippled, we ask for Your healing touch upon all who are suffering from illness today. Whether physical, mental, or spiritual, bring restoration to every body and mind. Comfort those in pain, strengthen the weak, and renew hope in the hearts of the afflicted. We trust in Your unfailing love and the healing power of Your Son, Jesus Christ. In His name, we pray. Amen.
