Proverbs 3: 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
Day 28 Reflection -Trust in the Lord
As we journey deeper into Lent, today invites us to pause and reflect on the call to humility and surrender. Lent is a season of stripping away distractions and re-centering our hearts on God. Are there areas in your life where pride, fear, or self-reliance may be hindering your relationship with Him?
In today’s Scripture, we are reminded of the importance of trusting God’s plan even when it feels difficult or uncertain. Consider how Jesus, in His time on earth, lived a life of obedience and submission to the Father’s will. His example challenges us to let go of control and embrace a heart of trust and faith.
Take a moment today to evaluate what you may need to let go of. Is it a grudge, a fear, or an unhealthy attachment? Offer it to God in prayer, trusting in His love to guide you and transform your heart. Let this be a day of renewal and a step closer to the freedom that comes from fully trusting in Him.
Prayer: Lord, as I continue this Lenten journey, help me to release what holds me back from fully embracing You. Teach me to trust in Your plans, even when I do not understand them. May Your Spirit guide me toward humility, surrender, and peace. Amen.
