Tuesday October 7th – Humility
Philippians 2:3-4 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
This passage calls us to live a life marked by humility and selflessness. It challenges the natural tendency to prioritize our own desires and recognition, urging us instead to genuinely care for others and consider their needs as important as our own. Prayer
Lord, help me to put aside selfish ambition and pride. Teach me to value others above myself and to look out for their needs with genuine love and humility. May my actions reflect Your grace and bring glory to Your name. Guide me to serve others selflessly and to walk in unity and peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
